What have you gained by participating in The Congressional Award?
I have gained a new sense of what events happen in Cheyenne that need volunteers to help with. I have also gained a greater understanding of patience with other people and communication with my peers. Lastly, I have gained a new understanding of what goes into planning a trip and that sometimes things don’t go as planned. I feel like these experiences have helped me be a more patient person and they are teaching me how to be more responsible.
