What have you gained by participating in The Congressional Award?
I learned how to be organized, as I had to organize my hours for each goal, and I had to organize my virtual trip and all of the activities within it. I also learned leadership, as I got to take part in so many different leadership opportunities, and gained leadership skills I can use in the future. Finally, I learned responsibility; I had to be responsible for getting my hours done and having everything ready in order to submit for each new medal level.
