What have you gained by participating in The Congressional Award?
I have learned so much about myself and my community. I am now more aware of the needs in my community and how I can help. I have grown in so many ways; I am more physically fit, have learned how to push myself to try new things, and learned that setbacks are okay, as long as you get back up and try again. I am a more well-rounded person and know that I am capable of so many things. This has been such a wonderful journey, and I am grateful for the experience.
