What have you gained by participating in The Congressional Award?
I have gained goal-setting and time management skills, as well as learned how to take initiative, become more service-oriented, made stronger community ties, gained a better awareness of community needs, calculated risk management, stayed healthy and fit, and been able to document and plan a project for the future. In short, pursuing The Congressional Award has made me a better service leader who is ready to make change wherever I end up in the future.
