What have you gained by participating in The Congressional Award?
Participating in the Congressional Award, I have gained a chance to advance my leadership and communication skills, meet new people, and give back to my community. I have gained knowledge via the virtual exploration about a place I would have never thought about researching before, and I have gained new skills and friends through the other activities in Congressional Award. I enjoyed participating in Congressional Award to earn my bronze medal and I cannot wait to keep working towards the other medals for the rest of my high school career.
